My story
My mistakes
Years ago, I trained randomly.
I ate less, trained harder and thought sweating meant results.
I trained what was already strong. My legs were my strongest point, so I trained them even more — more volume, more exercises, more intensity.
I thought more meant progress. I was wrong.
The shift
I stopped training my ego.
I started training my balance.
I stopped feeding my strengths and started developing what was missing.
That's when my body changed — not just grew.
Train the body you have. Build the balance you want.
